The Vesper Beacon

This lamp showcases a heavy, vertically oriented base sculpted from an intricately weathered log segment that sits flush on the surface. The timber is defined by an asymmetrical, bi-level silhouette: a tall, rugged spire rises proudly on the right, while a shorter, angled crop extends to the left, forming a dramatic natural notch at the center. The wood's face is rich with textural history, displaying deep, organic weathering channels and naturally hollowed knots, all brought to life by a premium finish that contrasts deep espresso and charcoal patinas with warm, golden-brown undertones. Rising cleanly from the heart of the timber's central dip is a slender matte black iron stem supporting a wide, shallow conical shade wrapped in a raw, textured oatmeal linen. When lit, the soft ambient glow washes down, catching the polished ridges of the wood and highlighting the mysterious depth of its hollowed recesses.
