The Sylvan Tripod

This luxury lamp features an exceptional, self-supporting base sculpted from a single, deeply gnarled piece of aged root wood. The timber splits naturally at its base into a dramatic, sweeping tripod formation, allowing the piece to stand completely flush on its own organic legs without an additional platform. The upper crown of the wood is thick and heavily weathered, showcasing rich espresso and charcoal patinas intertwined with beautifully hand-sanded golden-honey grain folds and rugged natural protrusions. Rising cleanly from the crest of this organic sculpture is a minimal black stem supporting a classic, wide-conical shade wrapped in a raw, woven flax-linen fabric. When illuminated, the downward light beautifully traces the muscular, ancient channels of the root, casting intricate shadows across the surface below.
